Who We Are

At Zamwellness Hub, we are dedicated to promoting mental wellness and raising awareness about mental health issues in Zambia. Our goal as a non-governmental organisation (NGO) is to create an inclusive environment that supports emotional, mental, and psychological well-being for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. We are aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and our focus is on implementing goal 3 by improving health and promoting well-being in Zambia. Our commitment to ensuring everyone has access to mental health services and resources is also in line with the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) system, designed to provide healthcare to all individuals without causing financial hardship.


We understand that mental health is a vital component of overall well-being, and we strive to break the stigma surrounding mental health by promoting open conversations and providing accessible resources. Through our various programs, initiatives and partnerships, we aim to empower individuals to prioritise their mental well-being and seek the support they need.
